Hello - and welcome to my Soundbetter storefront. My name is Luke Moller. With over 25 years of professional touring and recording across classical, jazz, bluegrass, country and fold, I’ve had the privilege of working in Nasvhille’s legendary recording studios, performing at the Grand Ole Opry, and collaborating with artists like Dolly Parton, Carrie Underwood, Hayes Carll, Aaron Rowe and Lana Del Rey. These days I’m back in Brisbane - home to help take care of my dad, I bring that extensive international touring background to the Soundbetter storefront in the offering of 1-1 lessons in violin, fiddle, viola and mandolin - all tailored to where you are in you musical journey and where you want to go. I teach students of all ages and experience - beginner to advanced. My teaching draws on classical training at the Queensland Conservatorium, jazz training at Berklee College of Music and numerous mentorships with Nashville’s top session fiddlers (Buddy Spicher, Casey Driessen, Billy Contreras). 

Along with the recording session work I do on the Soundbetter platform, I am now offering professionally recorded string sample packs. Collections of string ensemble and solo violin / fiddle patches built for producers and writers who want creative, playable string sounds.
