AJ Noe - Producer & Mix Engineer

I’m a composer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and audio engineer with more than 25 years of experience spanning performance, composition, recording, and music production. My background includes formal studies in music composition, advanced training in music theory and ear training, and experience performing in ensembles ranging from jazz bands and orchestras to contemporary music projects. As a guitarist, bassist, pianist, drummer, vocalist, and arranger, I bring a deep understanding of music from both the creative and technical sides. I can read and write music notation, work within the Nashville Number System, and communicate effectively with musicians across a wide range of genres and disciplines. While I have experience across many styles of music, my primary specialties are rock, hard rock, and metal in all their forms. From classic and alternative rock to modern hard rock, metalcore, post-hardcore, progressive metal, and extreme metal, I have extensive experience crafting powerful, impactful productions that balance aggression, clarity, energy, and musicality. Whether developing original compositions, producing records, creating sound design, mixing heavy guitars, refining drum performances, or helping artists bring their creative vision to life, I focus on delivering polished, professional results. My ability to combine musicianship, composition, production, and engineering allows me to guide projects from initial concept to final master while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
