Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
- All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these services, refunds are not available once a session has been booked or completed.
- Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.
- No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce your available session time.
- If Tyree Thomas is unable to attend a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Sessions are conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, or another agreed-upon platform unless otherwise specified.
- Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and any required software or equipment prior to the session.
- Please submit any files, project sessions, questions, or reference materials at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible to maximize the value of your session.
- Educational services, consultations, and coaching are intended to provide professional guidance based on industry experience. Results may vary depending on each client's effort, implementation, and circumstances.
- No guarantees are made regarding commercial success, streaming numbers, playlist placements, record deals, income, or other career outcomes.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any audio, images, beats, or other materials shared during the session.
- Any files or materials provided by Tyree Thomas during a session are for the client's personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
- Session recordings are permitted for personal educational use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Respectful and professional communication is expected at all times. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
- Pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
