Custom Songwriting & Hook Development

This purchase includes one 60-minute songwriting & creative direction session with Saeed Slim Alexander.

The session may be used for song concept development,song writing lyric revisions, hook development, song structure, creative direction, production ideas, or feedback on existing material.

Sessions must be scheduled at a mutaully agreed-upon time. Please arrive prepareed with any lyrics, referecnes, recordings, concepts, or other materials you would like reviewed.

Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Missed sessions or cancellations without reasonable notice may require a new booking.

Session Length: The booking covers up to 60 minutes. Additional time requires a separate booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Deliverables: This service is primarily a creative consultation. A completed song, recording, beat, demo, mix, master, or other finished production is not included unless specifically stated in writing before the session.

Ownership: Clients retain ownership of material they bring to the session. Ownership, licensing, songwriting credits, publishing splits, or rights concerning newly created collaborative material must be agreed upon separately when applicable. Purchasing a session does not automatically constitute a work-for-hire agreement or transfer of intellectual-property rights.

AI-Assisted Workflow: AI-assisted tools may be used during the creative process for brainstorming, lyric development, creative exploration, or demonstrations. Any AI-generated audio or other deliverables will be identified when applicable and remain subject to the applicable platform's terms and relevant law.

Recording: The session may not be recorded or redistributed without mutual consent.

Payment: Payment covers the reserved session time and creative services provided during that session.

This version protects you especially well because it keeps the $75 one-hour consultation separate from selling ownership of a song. If you and a client create something valuable together during that hour, you haven't accidentally promised them 100% ownership, publishing, a finished master, and unlimited revisions for $75.
