You’re not spending extra, you’re putting that money into the final record. - Scope of Service
Soundcheck is a feedback and consultation service only. This includes detailed notes, creative direction, and a 30-minute video call. No mixing, mastering, or file editing is included unless agreed separately.
- Turnaround Time
Feedback will be delivered within 24–72 hours of receiving all required files. Video call scheduling will be arranged after feedback is delivered.
- Revisions / Follow-Up
Soundcheck includes:
One full round of feedback One 30-minute call
Additional revisions, follow-ups, or extended calls may require an additional fee.
- File Requirements
Client must provide:
A clear audio file (WAV or high-quality MP3) Any references or notes (optional but recommended)
Low-quality or incomplete files may affect the accuracy of feedback.
- No Guarantees
While professional advice is provided, results are not guaranteed. Success (streams, placements, etc.) depends on many factors outside of this service.
- Creative Direction Disclaimer
All feedback is based on professional opinion and industry experience. Final creative decisions remain with the client.
- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service:
All sales are final once feedback has been delivered If work has not started, a refund may be considered at discretion 8. Scheduling Policy
The 30-minute call must be used within 7 days of feedback delivery unless otherwise agreed. Missed calls without notice may be forfeited.
- Communication
All communication should remain professional. Abusive or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of service without refund.
- Confidentiality
All client material will be kept private and confidential. No files will be shared or used without permission.
