Live Feedback and Consulting

Live Session Terms & Conditions By booking a Live Session with Jeff Sojka (“Consultant”), you agree to the following terms: Session Scope & Nature of Service Live Sessions are one-on-one consulting calls conducted in real time (e.g., via Zoom or similar platform). The session includes live feedback, critique, and discussion based on the material you provide. All feedback is based on the Consultant’s personal, subjective opinions, professional experience, and creative judgment. Scheduling & Attendance Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the designated platform. You are responsible for attending the session at the agreed-upon time. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited at the Consultant’s discretion. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be forfeited. In the event the Consultant must reschedule, a new time will be offered promptly. Recording & Use of Content Live Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by you without prior written consent from the Consultant. Any materials, feedback, or discussion shared during the session are for your personal, private use only. You may not publish, share, or use any portion of the session for promotional, commercial, or public purposes without written approval. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all shared materials, discussions, and feedback confidential and not disclose them to third parties outside of the session context. No Guarantee of Results The Consultant does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to commercial success, placement opportunities, or audience reception. All feedback is intended for educational and developmental purposes only. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall the Consultant be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Live Session or reliance on the feedback provided. Right to Refuse Service The Consultant reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time due to inappropriate behavior, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.
