Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session — full refund Cancellations made less than 24 hours before — no refund One reschedule allowed per booking with 24-hour notice No-shows are non-refundable

Recording & Confidentiality:
Sessions may not be recorded by the buyer without written consent All information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be shared with third parties
Intellectual Property:
Any ideas, strategies, or concepts discussed remain the intellectual property of the respective party No co-writing or publishing splits are implied or included in session fees
Bundle Terms:
5-session bundles must be used within 6 months of purchase Unused sessions after 6 months are forfeited — no refunds or extensions
