GRAPHWIZE DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT (The Home Studio Producer’s Mixing & Mastering Handbook)
Product: The Home Studio Producer’s Mixing & Mastering Handbook Licensor: Graphwize Effective Date: This Agreement becomes effective on the date the Licensee purchases or downloads the Product.
- Grant of License Graphwize grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to access and use this digital product (“Product”) for personal and educational purposes only.
- Permitted Uses Licensee is allowed to:
- Access, read, and use the Product for personal learning and reference
- Apply the knowledge and techniques in their own music or projects
- Store the Product on personal devices
- Prohibited Uses (IMPORTANT) Licensee may NOT:
- Resell, share, distribute, or transfer the Product in whole or in part
- Upload the Product to file-sharing sites, forums, or public platforms
- Share the Product via cloud storage or direct transfer to others
- Use the Product as part of another product (including courses, ebooks, guides, or training materials)
- Claim ownership or authorship of the Product
In simple terms: You can use it to learn — you cannot share, sell, or repost it.
- Ownership All content in the Product remains the exclusive property of Graphwize and is protected by copyright law.
This Agreement grants a license to use the Product, not ownership.
- Attribution Attribution is not required, but credit to Graphwize is appreciated.
- AI / Machine Learning Restriction Licensee may not use the Product, in whole or in part, to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, or to create datasets, without prior written permission from Graphwize.
- Transfer and Sharing This license is non-transferable. The Product may not be shared, distributed, or made available to any third party.
- Refund Policy All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital nature of the Product, refunds may not be issued once access has been granted.
- Liability Limitation The Product is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
Graphwize makes no guarantees regarding results from use of the Product. Graphwize shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from its use.
- Termination This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Product in their possession.
- General By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Since digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final. We're happy to help with any file issues you may encounter.
