Live Session with Big Duke — Terms & Conditions

By booking a Live Session with Big Duke, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description A Live Session is a scheduled creative session that may include music production, songwriting feedback, arrangement ideas, artist development insight, branding input, release direction, and/or general music consultation, depending on the session booked.

2. Booking & Payment Full payment is required in advance to confirm your session date and time. No session is considered booked until payment has been received.

3. Session Length Each Live Session is limited to the time purchased at booking. If the session runs over time, additional time may be billed at the current hourly rate, subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed per booking. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a missed session.

5. No-Show / Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly. If you do not show up for the session without notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Policy Due to the time-based and creative nature of the service, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If Big Duke must cancel for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session.

7. Revisions / Follow-Up Work Unless clearly stated in the booking, a Live Session does not include additional production work, edits, revisions, mixes, stems, or follow-up services after the session ends. Any additional work must be booked separately.

8. Client Responsibility You are responsible for arriving prepared with your materials, including beats, lyrics, session files, references, questions, and goals. Delays caused by missing files, technical issues on your end, or lack of preparation are counted as part of the booked time.

9. Creative Feedback All creative advice, opinions, and direction given during the session are based on professional experience and artistic judgment. Final decisions remain with the client.

10. Recording the Session The session may not be recorded, reposted, streamed, or distributed without prior written approval from Big Duke. If recording is approved, it is for personal reference only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Ownership & Intellectual Property Booking a Live Session does not transfer ownership of any beats, production, ideas, trademarks, branding assets, or intellectual property belonging to Big Duke. Any production, songwriting, or custom creative work created outside the scope of the session will require a separate agreement.

12. Confidentiality Any unreleased music, concepts, rollout ideas, artist plans, or business discussions shared during the session will be treated professionally and respectfully. Clients are expected to extend the same respect to any proprietary advice, methods, or information shared by Big Duke.

13. Results Disclaimer No specific outcome, placement, success level, income result, or career advancement is guaranteed from the session. Results depend on the client’s effort, execution, market conditions, and other outside factors.

14. Professional Conduct Respectful communication is required at all times. Harassment, abuse, inappropriate behavior, or repeated disrespect may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

15. Technical Issues Big Duke is not responsible for technical issues caused by the client’s internet connection, software, hardware, device failure, or file upload problems. Reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule if a major issue occurs.

16. Agreement By booking a Live Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
